Ok, I can't keep this under wraps for much longer. Its driving me crazy wanting to talk about it.
I am working on a rather new project, and will entail very unusual casing, and very nonstandard control of the OS.
Just for a taste, I leave you with a single small image of the case.

This will be an awesome project.
To be hones, I really don't like the case right now, but there's tonnes of potential in that thing. I think it will be something completly awesome when you're done with that, I can't wait to see your work!

Just wondering where is this going? Is it going to be retro or a mix of retro and "new" or something else? That really is a great find, and has so many possibilities.

Ok, ok. I'll spill the dimensions.
8" x 8" x 3"
this will be one of my most interesting mods ive done, and the first that will use a completely nonstandard case. I have alot of plans, but don't know if I will be able to pull it all off the way I want to.
As for your question Doghills, its not going to have too much of a retro feel to it, but it will do alot of retro activities. I may be leading on too much to what this project's use will be...
I might post pictures soon of the actual case, as I have finally received it.
Abusiv3, send me a PM.

I had to hold the motherboard in place as it doesn't have mounts yet.

Its comming along nicely. I have to figure out how I want to mount the motherboard and ive gotta order the 120w Pico PSU, a few fans( 2 50mm and 1 low profile 60-70mm fan ) and a 1U AM2 heatsink. I think the Pico PSU will be the most expensive part that I will buy for this mod, as it costs alittle more than the CPU( Athlon64 X2 5000+ for $55, the PSU is about $65-$70 )
