Huge round of congrats to deathstarchris on another huge win with his MaxPC. He's won Rig of the Month in MaximumPC!!

If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress?

Actually now that you mention it, I throw this out for everybody.
Where can I find 'the ultimate modding site link list'?
I'm not talking just domestic either. I have spent the last 60 days
conversing with people all over the world. Ok, maybe it takes me some time to understand a little of the slang, but babelfish can get you buy.
Here are a few examples..

www.freemodding.it
Funny how some races see modding. Some spanish speaking sites have had mixed reactions to this mod, where some of the Russians modders love it
Modding is everywhere, but no site that I know of has a complete list worldwide. I can't see how this would not bring more traffic.
What do you guys think?
Have any of you found a good foreign modding site?
