That erros generated when mysql timesout on an operation. I haven't made any changes to the programming latly so I guess this is just the fun of being on a shared server. lol it's a pretty strange error message and finding information on it wasn't to easy to do (even on the mysql site), but thats the primary cause. If everythings been going slow than I think that really corresponds with it then.
It's a real bummer too, I've fine tuned the sites sql operations with a fine tooth comb over the last year to prevent this stuff from happening as much as possible.

it's something that would be eliminated with a dedicated server, but doing that would raise server hosting costs extremly fast, and since i'm not selling advertising yet, thats just not something i can currently afford to do.
lol although, if any of you know anyone interested in purchasing some host.... :P

thats something I'm always struggling with is speed. This site is pretty dynamic and I could correct a lot of that by caching just about everything, but honestly I hate doing that and it creates a lot of bugs down the road if it's not watched over like a hawk

It's a serverside thing. I'm putting out an email to 1and1 techs. lol I'm not holding my breathe they give me a response worth reading, but this is what I get when I'm on a shared server. I'm really hoping that once I revamp the site for the new year, I'll be able to start generating enough income to jump the site onto a dedicated server.
