this is a bit of a follow up to the 10 absolute no's article. This is "20 horrible client habits" and how to deal with most of them. Great read. It's focused for designers, but I'm a developer and I can relate on most of them. A few of my pet peeves are the people who want to sit over your shoulder for the entire project. And the know it alls who don't know much of anything and want to dictate the project and potentially the final costs.
